Annual FLDCP luncheon

We had an unforgettable day at the annual FLDCP luncheon, hosted at the iconic and newly reimagined Pier 66 in Fort Lauderdale. As proud sponsors of the event, Allini Water Filters was honored to support a gathering that brought together top professionals in design, development, and architecture at one of our most significant commercial projects to date.

Pier 66 holds a special place in our portfolio—it is currently the largest property in South Florida to feature Allini’s full-scale water filtration, with our systems treating water across the entire site, including the hotel, residences, and commercial spaces. Attendees had the opportunity to experience firsthand what it means to enjoy clean, clear, and chemical-free water at every faucet across this expansive and prestigious development.

The afternoon was filled with inspiring presentations and artistic moments. Ted Givens, AIA, Senior Design Principal at 10 Design, shared insights into his firm’s latest visionary projects and innovations in sustainable architecture. He was joined by the incredibly talented Yuri Zatarain, a celebrated plastic artist who traveled from Jalisco, Mexico to be part of the experience. Together, they brought energy and creativity to the event—even creating live art in front of the audience, drawing a crowd and adding a dynamic and interactive element to the gathering.

One of the highlights of the day was a private, guided tour led by Chris Gandolfo, Senior Vice President at Tavistock Development Company. Chris generously led a group of ten lucky attendees through the Pier 66 condominium and hotel residences, offering a rare, behind-the-scenes look at the craftsmanship, design, and vision that define this transformative project. His insight and hospitality made the experience even more meaningful for those who participated.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who helped make the event such a success and are especially proud that Allini’s advanced water technology plays a role in enhancing the quality of life at Pier 66. Clean water is the foundation of wellness, and we’re committed to delivering smarter, safer solutions for communities across Florida and beyond.

Here’s to continued innovation, collaboration, and raising the bar—together.
