Newest Installer, Victor, to the Team

Allini Water Filters of Florida is proud to welcome its newest installer, Victor, to the growing installation and service team. With over two years of hands-on plumbing experience and a strong work ethic shaped by being a devoted father of five, Victor brings both skill and heart to the Allini family.

Victor’s background in plumbing made him a natural fit for Allini’s high standards of installation quality, technical precision, and customer service. His practical experience, coupled with his calm, steady demeanor, has already made a strong impression on the team.

To ensure a seamless transition into Allini’s specialized installation methods, Victor is currently training under two of Allini’s most seasoned leaders—Easton and Elson.

Training With the Best

Easton, known for his meticulous approach and leadership in complex installations, is guiding Victor through Allini’s signature tank setups, copper layouts, and quality-control procedures. His emphasis on efficiency, craftsmanship, and problem-solving ensures Victor learns the Allini way from day one.

Elson, with his deep understanding of water systems and condo-specific installations, is training Victor on the finer details—everything from system flow direction and smart space management to customer communication and service readiness. His patience and attention to training make him an ideal mentor for new team members.

Together, Easton and Elson are giving Victor hands-on experience in:

• Multi-media filtration installation

• Softener and Matrix add-on setup

• Tank leveling and stabilization

• Copper and PEX routing

• Condo mechanical room best practices

• Jobsite safety and customer professionalism

• Allini standards for clean, photo-ready installations

Victor’s commitment to providing for his five children is reflected in his dedication to his craft. He shows up early, eager to learn, ask questions, and take pride in each installation. His positive attitude and willingness to grow make him a strong cultural fit for Allini’s high-performance team.
